Caroline worked with me as trustee for my elderly aunt. I live in Washington, D.C., and my aunt lives in Arizona. She owns a small parcel of land in Hawaii that she inherited. It was a complicated legal situation, so Caroline was able to refer us to an appropriate legal resource, and once that was done, she helped me with pricing (I have never seen the property) and helped me to be confident that the property would sell.
